The City of Cedar Falls has worked with R.D. Drenkow (Advantage Administrators) since the late 80’s and has both cafeteria (FSA) and medical supplemental reimbursement (Section 105) plans. We are very satisfied with the administration of both and our employees especially appreciate the daily reimbursement processing involved with the cafeteria plan. Additionally, implementation of our medical supplemental reimbursement plan offered us the ability to outsource employee medical reimbursements well before HIPAA required us to do so.
