The City
of Cedar Falls has worked with R.D. Drenkow (Advantage Administrators) since
the late 80s and has both cafeteria (FSA) and medical supplemental
reimbursement (Section 105) plans. We are very satisfied with the
administration of both and our employees especially appreciate the daily
reimbursement processing involved with the cafeteria plan. Other positives over

communications as regulations have changed. Additionally, implementation of our
medical supplemental reimbursement plan offered us the ability to outsource
